COMMISSION A CUSTOM PAINTING
Welcome to JLeeA's commission page. JLeeA specializes in original abstract textured paintings designed to bring depth, movement, and atmosphere into a space. Her work is centered around layering, organic composition, and tactile surfaces that create a strong visual presence while still feeling timeless and personal.
JLeeA especially enjoys creating larger-scale pieces that can transform a room and become a focal point within a home, office, or interior project.
If there is a painting in JLeeA's portfolio that is no longer available, she would be happy to create a new original piece inspired by its overall feeling and aesthetic while incorporating personal touches tailored to your vision, palette, and space.
Each commission is created individually, making every artwork entirely unique.
1- Initial Inquiry
Begin by filling out the commission inquiry form with details about your project, including:
-Preferred Size
-Color Palette
-Insperation or reference images
-Space dimension or photos
-Desired Timeline
-Budget range
This will help JLeeA understand your vision and determine the best direction for the piece.
2- Consultation and Concept Development
Once your inquiry is reviewed, you and JLeeA will discuss the project in more detail. This may happen through email or a consultation call depending on the scope of the commission.
To refine:
-Overall mood and atmosphere
-Scale and orientation
-Texture and layering
-Color Palette
-Placement within your space
If you are inspired by a previous work from JLeeA's portfolio, that can be used as a starting point while developing a new original composition specifically for you.
3- Quote and Deposit
After finalizing the concept, you will receive:
- A project quote
-Estimated completion timeline
-Commission agreement
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your commission and begin the painting process.
4- Creation Process, Approval and Final Delivery.
Progress updates may be shared throughout the process.
Depending on the complexity and size of the work, commissions typically take several weeks to complete.
Once the artwork is complete, images will be provided for approval. The remainder of the balance is due before the shipping or delivery. Paintings are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival.
